Understand Plan Changes: Upgrade and Downgrade

Upgrade Your Plan

Upgrading your plan allows you to increase the total number of products you can link to multiple sources, including AliExpress, Temu, and CJDropshipping. Additionally, it unlocks advanced features that enhance your dropshipping experience, such as:

Split product variants for better inventory management
1-Click fulfillment for processing multiple orders efficiently

To upgrade your Zopi account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to your Zopi dashboard
Step 2: Navigate to "Settings & Billing"
Step 3: In the "Billing" section, click "Change plan" and select the plan you want to upgrade
Step 4: Complete the payment process

Important Note: Upgrading your plan (from less expensive to more one) will result in a prorated charge based on the price difference and days left in your billing cycle. Example: If you upgrade from a $5 to a $15 plan halfway through a 30-day cycle, your charge will be $5.0 + ($15.0 - $5.0) * (15/30) = $10.0 USD.

Downgrade Your Plan

Downgrading your plan will result in the following changes:

Reduction in the number of products linked to different sources.
Loss of access to premium features mentioned above.

To downgrade your Zopi account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to your Zopi dashboard
Step 2: Navigate to "Settings & Billing"
Step 3: In the "Billing" section, click "Change plan" and select the plan you want to downgrade

Important Note:

When you downgrade your plan from a more expensive option to a less expensive one (not back to the Free plan), Shopify will provide an application credit based on the price difference and the remaining days in your billing cycle as stated in their policy here. To check for this application credit on Shopify, go to Settings and navigate to the Billing section.
The new plan is only applied at the end of billing cycle
