Zopi enables you to change the connected AliExpress account if you need to. However, please note that once you change your new AliExpress account, Zopi will no longer sync the orders data between your old AliExpress account and Zopi.

How to change the AliExpress account

Steps

1. Login to Zopi > Settings & Billing.
   
   
2. Find the Source Account part and click Disconnect.
   
   
3. Go back where you left off Zopi and click Connect.
   
   
4. Finish necessary steps according to your AliExpress account login status.
   
   * If your new AliExpress account is already logged in, click Authorize to complete the process.
   
   * If not, fill in the Email and Password fields and click Sign in. After you log in, the connection will be done.
