Zopi enables you to easily change your connected AliExpress account whenever needed. Please note that switching to a new AliExpress account will result in Zopi ceasing to sync order data between your previous and new accounts.
How to Change Your AliExpress Account
There are two effective methods to switch to a new AliExpress account. Follow the detailed steps below for each method.
Method 1: In the Account Menu
Steps
- From your Zopi dashboard, navigate to Settings & Billing.
- In the Source Account section, locate your AliExpress account and click Disconnect.
- Return to the Source Account section, select AliExpress, and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Sign in and authorization page.
- Complete the necessary steps based on your AliExpress account login status.
- If your new AliExpress account is already logged in, click Authorize to finalize the process.
- If not, enter your Email and Password, then click Sign in. After logging in, the connection will be established.
Your new account is now successfully reconnected to AliExpress.
Method 2: In the Source Order Settings
Steps
- From the Zopi dashboard, go to Settings & Billing > Order.
- In the Source Order Settings section, ensure that AliExpress is selected as the default option.
- In the AliExpress account connection area, click Connect now.
- You will be directed to the Sign in and authorization page.
- Complete the necessary steps based on your AliExpress account login status.
- If your new AliExpress account is already logged in, click Authorize to complete the process.
- If not, enter your Email and Password, then click Sign in. After logging in, the connection will be established.
The process is now complete! You can choose either method based on your convenience.
