Zopi enables you to change the connected AliExpress account if you need to. However, please note that once you change your new AliExpress account, Zopi will no longer sync the orders data between your old AliExpress account and Zopi.
How to change the AliExpress account
There are two ways to switch to a new AliExpress account. Follow the steps listed below.
Method 1: In the Account menu
Steps
1. From your Zopi dashboard, go to Settings & Billing.
2. Find the Source Account part > AliExpress account and click on Disconnect.
3. Go back to Source Account > AliExpress account and click Connect.
- You will be directed to the Sign in and authorize permission page.
4. Finish the necessary steps according to your AliExpress account login status.
- If your new AliExpress account is already logged in, click Authorize to complete the process.
- If not, enter your Email and Password, and click Sign in. After logging in, the connection will be complete.
Once completed, your new account will be successfully reconnected to AliExpress.
Method 2: In the Source order settings
Steps
1. From the Zopi dashboard, go to Settings & Billing > Order.
2. Find the Source Order Settings section, with AliExpress already chosen as the default option.
3. In the AliExpress account connection, click Connect now.
- You will be directed to the Sign in and authorize permission page.
4. Finish the necessary steps according to your AliExpress account login status.
- If your new AliExpress account is already logged in, click Authorize to complete the process.
- If not, enter your Email and Password, and click Sign in. After logging in, the connection will be complete.
The whole process is done now! You can choose any of the above options based on your convenience.
