Understanding Orders from Different Channels to Avoid Duplicate Orders

Zopi now integrates seamlessly with Shopify, WooCommerce, and TikTok Shop US. This powerful integration simplifies your order management process, enhancing operational efficiency across various sales channels. Here’s how the integration works:

1. Direct Order Sync from TikTok Shop to Zopi

When your TikTok Shop is directly connected to Zopi, any orders placed on TikTok Shop US will automatically sync and appear in Zopi.

These orders retain the same numbers as in Zopi’s Order Center, ensuring consistency and facilitating easy tracking.

2. Indirect Order Sync via Shopify

If your TikTok Shop is linked through Shopify, the order synchronization process involves an additional step. Orders first sync to Shopify and then to Zopi. This may result in duplicate orders in Zopi, as orders can sync twice: once directly from TikTok Shop and once via Shopify.

In the event of duplicates, Zopi will generate a new order ID for each synced order while preserving the item details. These order IDs will be sequentially numbered; for instance, #1001 becomes #1001-1 and #1001-2.

The Zopi and TikTok Shop US integration is designed to streamline order management effectively. By carefully managing your settings, you can prevent any overlap in the synchronization process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
