Bulk Fulfill Orders

Zopi streamlines your ordering process, allowing you to place bulk orders with your suppliers in just a few clicks. Follow this comprehensive guide to efficiently navigate the bulk ordering process and fulfill your orders quickly.

How to Fulfill Orders in Bulk

  1. Log in to Zopi and navigate to the Order Center page, then select the Placement tab.
  2. Go to the Ready to order sub-tab.
  3. Select all unfulfilled orders by checking the box on the left side of your order list.
  4. Click Place all Orders in the upper right corner of your order list.
  5. In the Order Confirmation card, review the order details and click Confirm.

Bulk Order Process

  • Zopi will automatically fulfill each order one by one until all orders are processed.
  • For orders placed on Temu, you will be redirected to the Temu Checkout. Choose a payment method and click Submit order to complete the process.
  • For orders placed on AliExpress or fulfilled by Zopi’s supplier, if successful, your orders will move to the Payment tab. Click Pay All in the notification bar to be directed to the Orders page on AliExpress and the Order Confirmation page. Finally, select a payment method to complete the payment.

After successfully completing the payment to your suppliers, they will handle packaging and shipping. The order status will update to Paid – Awaiting Fulfillment under the Payment tab in Zopi. Once a tracking code is generated, it will automatically update and categorize orders into different sub-statuses under Shipment and sync the tracking code to your Shopify store. This allows you to track your orders in real-time without needing to switch back to the supplier’s site.
