Welcome to Zopi Wallet, a digital wallet service provided by Zopi (“Zopi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Policy and Terms of Service (“Policy”) governs your access to and use of the Zopi Wallet (the “Service”) offered through the Zopi platform and related applications. By activating or using the Zopi Wallet, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Service.
Zopi Wallet is available exclusively to verified Shopify merchants or users with an active Zopi account. To be eligible, you must:
The Zopi Wallet can be used for the following purposes:
- Paying for orders and fulfillment fees within Zopi.
- Receiving cashback, credits, or promotional bonuses.
Restrictions: The wallet cannot be used for personal transfers or activities outside the Zopi ecosystem, including but not limited to peer-to-peer payments or transactions unrelated to Zopi services.

Zopi may request proof of payment (e.g., transfer receipt, screenshot) for manual review. Please note:
- Top-ups from unverified accounts may be delayed or rejected.
- Zopi reserves the right to hold or freeze suspicious funds to prevent fraud or money laundering.
Top-up transactions are non-refundable once they are verified and credited. In the event of a dispute raised via Stripe or another processor, Zopi will adhere to the platform’s dispute resolution procedure. Zopi may suspend or terminate wallet access in cases of repeated disputes or fraudulent activity.
Zopi reserves the right to:
- Restrict or terminate wallet access for violations of this Policy.
- Reverse transactions or freeze balances in cases of fraud or chargeback risk.
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any payment channel with prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zopi shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from wallet usage.
- Losses due to chargebacks, disputes, or actions taken by third-party payment processors.
- Unauthorized access or system downtime beyond Zopi’s reasonable control.
Zopi may amend or update this Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on the Zopi website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notification on the Zopi platform. Continued use of Zopi Wallet after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SR Vietnam. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved in the courts of SR Vietnam.
