Follow these steps to successfully place a manual order on the Temu website:
- Visit Temu and log into your account.
- Select the items you wish to purchase.
- Click the Add to Cart button for each item you want.
- Review your cart and adjust quantities as needed.
- Click the Checkout button.
- Enter your shipping address and choose your preferred shipping method.
- Select your payment method (Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Review your order details and click Place Order to complete the purchase.

The Temu Order Number is generated immediately upon placing your order and always starts with ‘PO’. To find your order number on the Temu site, follow these steps:

- From the left menu, under Your Orders, select All Orders.
- The order number is displayed directly under each order entry. Click Copy.

- Log into Zopi and navigate to Order Center > Placement tab.
- Go to the Ready to Order / Needs Attention sub-tab.
- Check the box next to the order ID you want to update.
- Click Manually Fulfill.
- In the pop-up, paste the copied Temu Order Number.
- Your order will be marked as ready to ship, and the status on Zopi will change to Awaiting Shipment under the Shipment tab.
- Once a tracking code is generated on Temu, click the Sync Order Status button in the Order Center to update your orders promptly. For seamless synchronization, ensure both Zopi and Temu pages are open simultaneously, and the country on your Temu account matches the shipping address of your order. For example, the US Temu location can synchronize US orders using the tracking code. Orders from other locations will result in an error and require you to change the country.
After completing these steps, your order will be updated and categorized into different sub-statuses under Shipment, and the tracking code will sync with your Shopify store.
