As you may know, there are various product sources out there, and AliExpress is one of the biggest. We have been integrating with AliExpress for years. And now we’re adding a new one. It’s called Temu.
What is Temu?
Temu is known for its low prices and wide selection of products, including fashion, home goods, electronics, and more. With a user-friendly website and mobile app, Temu is already an accessible and convenient platform for consumers.
Import Products from Temu
You can import products from Temu in two ways:
Method 1: Import products by Zopi Extension
This is the simplest way. Before you begin, make sure that you have installed the Zopi Extension from Google Chrome.
Steps
1. Go to Temu and open the product details page of the item you want to import.
2. Hover over the purple Zopi icon on the right side of your browser and click the Import Product icon.
- Once the product is imported successfully, you will receive a notification.
3. Click the purple Zopi icon again and select Open Sidebar.
4. In the sidebar, click the Import icon at the top-right corner to view your newly imported product.
You can then push an individual product or push all products at once using the extension.
Method 2: Import products by Temu product URL
Steps
1. Go to Temu and open the product details page of the item you want to import.
2. Copy the Temu product URL in the Address bar on the Temu product details page.
3. Login to Zopi, go to the Imported List page, and click Add product.
4. In the Pop-up, paste the Temu product URL and click Add to Import list.
If you import products successfully, you can log in to Zopi and access the Imported List to check your newly imported product.
Fulfill your orders on Temu with Zopi
All the orders on Temu are required to be fulfilled via the Zopi Chrome extension.
Steps
1. Log in to Zopi and go to Order Center.
2. Access the New orders tab.
3. Click Fulfill order on the Order Card of the order that you want to place.
4. In the Order Confirmation card, review the order details and click Confirm.
* Afterward, you will be redirected to the Checkout of Temu.
5. Click one payment method (Card, PayPal, Google Pay, etc.) to complete the payment.
6. Click Submit order to complete the process.
Upon successful payment, you will see the order is moved to the Paid – Waiting Shipment sub-tab under Payment tab in Zopi. After a tracking code is generated on Temu, kindly click the Sync order status button in Zopi’s Order Center to update your orders promptly.
For seamless synchronization, ensure that both Zopi and Temu pages are open at the same time, and the country on your Temu account matches the shipping address of your order. Once done, your order will be updated, categorized into different sub-statuses under Shipment, and the tracking code will sync with your Shopify store.
Things to notice when dropshipping with Temu
- Zopi currently assists with fulfilling Temu orders shipped to specific regions served by Temu. They include major markets around the world like the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Australia, Netherlands, and so on.
- Temu allows only one Ship-to location per sign-in. Ensure that the country listed in your Temu account matches the shipping address. If not, kindly update the country to proceed with the fulfillment process. After switching, Temu requires you to sign in again.
- Orders on Temu have to be $10 – $30 minimum, depending on your account. You can contact the Temu team to learn more.
