The error message Order failed STOP_PROGRESS occurs when the order process is interrupted, either by closing the tab or clicking Stop progress while placing the order to Temu. Follow the instructions below to solve this order issue.
Steps
- Open the Temu website and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the ‘Your orders’ section to verify if the order has been created in Temu.
- If the order does not appear in Temu, return to the Order Center > Placement > Needs attention > Place to re-order this order.
