In certain situations, if you need to place orders manually on CJ Dropshipping, Zopi provides a straightforward solution: you can enter the CJ Order Number and update the order status directly on Zopi.
How to Order Manually and Pay on the CJ Dropshipping Site
Step-by-Step Guide to Manually Place Orders
- Visit CJ Dropshipping and log into your account.
- Navigate to Store Orders > Imported > Orders and click the Create orders icon in the top right corner.
- Select products from SKU List or All Products, then click Add > Next.
- Enter the shipping information and click Confirm.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- If the selected products are from different warehouses (e.g., China and US), the system will separate them.
- You can duplicate the shipping information for new orders by clicking the duplicate icon next to the order.
- For orders shipping to EU countries, you must set up the IOSS option. For more information, refer to this article.
Now that the order has been created, add it to the cart and complete the payment process.
- Go to Store Orders > Imported > Orders, select the orders, and add them to Orders Picking.
- In Orders Picking, select the orders and click Submit.
- On the Order Confirmation page, click Submit again.
- Select your payment method and click Pay.
If you cancel the payment midway or navigate back during the process, you can find the orders in Orders > Store Orders > All/Awaiting Payment to complete the payment. Please note that inventory will be reserved for 24 hours after a payment cancellation.
How to Get the CJ Dropshipping Order Number
After placing your order, the CJ Dropshipping system generates an Order Number starting with ‘SD’. Follow these steps to find your order number:

- Go to My CJ > Dropshipping Center > Dropshipping Orders > All and locate the order you want to check.
- The source number corresponds to the CJ Order Number.
- Click Copy.
How to Update the Order Status on Zopi
Steps to Update Your Order Status
- Log into Zopi > Order Center > Placement tab.
- Go to the Ready to order / Needs attention sub-tab.
- Check the box next to the order ID you want to update.
- Click Manually fulfill.
- In the pop-up, paste the CJ Dropshipping Order No. you copied.
- The order will move to the Payment tab with its order number.
- The order status on Zopi will change to Awaiting Shipment under the Shipment tab.
- If the status does not update after a while, click the Sync order status button in the Order Center to refresh your orders.
