Are you experiencing this error when attempting to log in to the Zopi Web app?
Cause of this error
The Zopi app is currently optimized for Shopify. Upon creating a Zopi account on Shopify, a virtual email is automatically generated for you. This allows you to use a custom domain name (e.g., [email protected]) within the Embedded App.
An actual email is created only when you manually enter your information or log in using Google/Facebook. This email address is then used for logging into the Zopi Web App.
Solution for this error
If you encounter the error message Store already has owner, you can quickly link your account to update as follows:
1. From the Profile of Account part in the Settings & Billing page, click Link account.
2. In the Pop-up, select Sign in with Google and choose a Google account to continue.
* Alternatively, enter your email and password, then click Confirm.
* Once the process is complete, your email will be connected successfully.
