Bulk Fulfill Orders

Zopi streamlines your ordering process, allowing you to place bulk orders with your suppliers with just a few clicks. Follow this guide to navigate the process and fulfill your orders quickly.

How to fulfill orders in bulk

Steps

  1. From your Zopi dashboard, go to Orders Center > To Order.

  2. Click the checkbox on the left side of your order list to select all unfulfilled orders.

  3. Click the Place all Orders button located in the upper right corner of your order list.

  4. On the order detail page, click Place all Orders again to confirm.

  • Zopi will auto-fulfill one-by-one orders. Then Zopi will auto-move to fulfill the next order, until the last order.

  • If successful, your orders will move to the Awaiting Payment tab. There, you can check the box on the left side of the order list and select Pay All to complete the payment process.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

* This feature is available for PAID PLAN users only.

* The workflow of bulk fulfill orders is prioritized fulfilled from the OLDEST order to the NEWEST one.

* When placing orders with multiple line items from different sources, we prioritize ordering from AliExpress first, then CJ Dropshipping, and finally Temu.

After your successful payment to suppliers, they will take care of packaging and shipping. The order status will then be updated to Awaiting Shipment in Zopi. Subsequently, we will automatically mark the orders as Fulfilled on both your Zopi and Shopify stores and sync the tracking code to your Shopify store. If you are on the Advanced plan or higher, your tracking number will automatically be added to Tracking Center once it is generated. In case you need to check and track your orders in Zopi, refer to this guide for more details.
