How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to Zopi > Settings & Billing > Billing.
- Click on Cancel plan.
- In the pop-up, click on Cancel subscription to switch to the Free plan.

- When you close the store, your subscription will be paused. To avoid being charged for our service in the upcoming cycles, you should reopen the store and cancel your Zopi plan.
- Your subscription will be canceled if you choose to uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. If you decide to reinstall it, you can still enjoy all the benefits of the plan.
It doesn’t let me select “settings” anywhere after I log in. I closed my store months ago but I just got a email saying zopi is about to auto-renew.
I already did the cancellation button and then 3 days later I was charged

Our Billing team has thoroughly reviewed your account. This billing logic is inherent to how Shopify processes subscriptions.
