Change the Customer’s Shipping Address on the Order

Some cases, after receiving an order in your Shopify store, the customer might contact you because they need to ship the order to a different address. That means you have to change the address before you fulfill order.

How to change the customer’s shipping address on the orders

There are two methods that you can utilize:

Method 1: Change the new addresses on the Shopify admin

Steps

  1. From your Shopify admin > Orders.

  2. Click the order that you want to edit.

    3. Click on the Three-dot icon and choose Edit shipping address.    4. Change the shipping address and click on Save.

Method 2: Change the new addresses in the Zopi app

Steps

  1. Login to Zopi Order Center > Placement.

  2. Access Ready to order tab, navigate to the selected order, and click on the dropdown arrow next to the customer’s name.

     3. In the customer information form, start changing/correcting the information.

   4. Click Save for new changes.
