How to fulfill your order with AliExpress
Before you begin, ensure you’ve signed in to AliExpress and that it is linked to your Zopi account. Then, we assist you in fulfilling orders with some simple clicks.
Steps
1. Log into Zopi > Order Center > Placement tab.
2. Access Ready to order sub-tab.
3. Click Place on the Order Card of the order that you want to place.
4. In the Order Confirmation card, check the order details and click Confirm.
* Waiting for the process, Zopi will auto-fulfill the needed information and move the order to Payment tab. It will remain there until you pay for this order on AliExpress.
5. Go to the Payment tab.
6. Click Make payment on the right of the Order Card of the order you want to pay for. You will be directed to the AliExpress Orders page.
* You can click the number that appears next to Order No on the Order Card of the order that you want to pay for to be taken to the AliExpress order details page.
7. Locate your order and click Pay now.
8. In the Pop-up, choose a payment method and click the button at the bottom right to complete the payment.
If successful, your order will be moved to the ‘Awaiting Shipment’ sub-tab under Shipment in Zopi, indicating that they will await shipping by your suppliers.
How to fulfill your order with CJ Dropshipping
Make sure you’re logged in to CJ Dropshipping and that your CJ account is properly linked before you start. Check this guide to learn detailed steps.
Steps
1. From your Zopi dashboard, go to Order Center > Placement tab.
2. Access Ready to order sub-tab.
3. Click Place on the Order Card of the order that you want to place.
4. In the Order Confirmation card, check the order details and click Confirm.
* Waiting for the process, Zopi will auto-fulfill the needed information and move the order to the Payment tab. It will remain there until you pay for this order on CJ Dropshipping.
5. Go to the Payment tab.
6. Click Make payment on the right of the Order Card of the order you want to pay for. You will be directed to the AliExpress Orders page.
* You can click the number that appears next to Order No on the Order Card of the order that you want to pay for to be taken to the CJ Dropshipping order details page.
* Now, you will be redirected to the Store Orders page on CJ Dropshipping.
7. Locate your order and click Pay.
8. On the Order Confirmation page, click on Submit.
9. Select one payment method (PayPal, Card, etc.) and click Pay once more to complete the payment.
After successfully completing the payment to your suppliers, they will handle packaging and shipping. The order status will update to ‘Awaiting Shipment‘ under the Shipment tab in Zopi. Once a tracking code is generated, it will automatically update and categorize orders into different sub-statuses under Shipment and sync the tracking code to your Shopify store. This allows you to track your orders in real-time without needing to switch back to the supplier’s site.
