When a customer makes a purchase from your store, Zopi automatically syncs the order to the New Order tab in the Zopi Order Center. You can then process the order step by step to fulfill it efficiently.
Utilizing the Fulfill by Source feature allows you to automatically fill in customer information and add products to the cart when placing orders with your suppliers, saving you valuable time. Follow the guide below for detailed instructions on how to streamline your order fulfillment process.
How to Fulfill Your Order with AliExpress
Before you start, ensure you are signed in to AliExpress and that it is linked to your Zopi account. Once set up, fulfilling orders is just a few clicks away.
Steps to Fulfill Your Order
- Log in to Zopi and navigate to the Order Center.
- Go to the New Orders tab.
- Click Fulfill Order on the Order Card of the order you wish to place.
- In the Order Confirmation card, switch the Source option, review the order details, and click Confirm.
- While processing, Zopi will automatically fill in the necessary information and move the order to the Payment tab. It will remain there until you complete the payment on AliExpress.
- Navigate to the Payment tab.
- Click Retry Payment on the right side of the Order Card for the order you want to pay for. You will be redirected to the AliExpress Orders page.
- On the AliExpress order details page, click Pay Now.
- In the pop-up, select a payment method and click the button at the bottom right to finalize the payment.
If the payment is successful, your order will be moved to the Paid – Awaiting Fulfillment sub-tab under Payment in Zopi, indicating that it is waiting for the tracking number. Meanwhile, the AliExpress supplier will handle packaging and shipping. Once a tracking code is generated, it will automatically update and categorize orders into different sub-statuses under Shipment and sync the tracking code to your Shopify store. This allows you to track your orders in real-time without needing to return to the supplier’s site.
