Method 1: In the Account menu

Steps

1. Sign in to the CJ Dropshipping account.
   
   
2. Log in to Zopi.
   
   
3. Go to the Settings & Billing page> Account menu.
   
   
4. Click on Connect.
   
   
5. In the pop-up window, click Get API.
   
   
6. Once you land on the CJ Dropshipping page, then click Copy.
   
   
7. Go back to Zopi and enter your CJDropshipping email which you logged in before, then paste your API Key.
   
   
8. Click Confirm.

Method 2: In the Order Center page

Steps

1. Sign in to the CJ Dropshipping account.
   
   
2. From the Zopi dashboard > Order Center.
   
   
3. In the Connect your account banner, click on Connect now.
   
   
4. In the pop-up window, click Get API. You will be directed to the CJ Dropshipping page and resume from step 6 according to method 1.

Import products from CJDropshipping

You can import products from CJ Dropshipping in two ways:

Method 1: Import from Find Product

Steps

1. Login to Zopi and go to Find product.
   
   
2. Search for the items you want, using keyword/image or pasting the CJ Dropshipping product link in the search box.
   
    * Additionally, click on the Source dropdown menu and choose CJ Dropshipping to narrow down your search.
   
   
3. Hover over the desired product and click Add to import list.
   
    * When you do, Quick view option will appear in the upper left corner of this product, allowing you to see a brief overview, including price range, last order, review and shipping information before importing.

Method 2: Import by CJ Dropshipping product URL

Steps

1. Copy the URL in the Address bar on the CJ Dropshipping product details page.

    2. Login to Zopi > go to Product Center and choose Add product.
  3. In the Pop-up, paste the CJ Dropshipping product URL and click Add to Import list.
You can choose either of the above according to your dropshipping business needs.

Fulfill orders on CJ Dropshipping

By following the steps outlined above, you’ll successfully connect your CJ Dropshipping account with Zopi, a crucial step before initiating the fulfillment process.

Once you set up things above properly, it will only take a few clicks to place an order through Zopi. Here’s the step-by-step process:

Steps

1. From your Zopi dashboard, go to Orders center > To Orders.
   
   
2. Click on the selected order to fulfill.
   
   * Waiting for the process, Zopi will auto-fulfill the needed information and move the order to the Awaiting Payment tab.
   
   
3. Click on Pay now.
   
   * Now, you will be redirected to the Store Orders page on CJ Dropshipping.
   
   
4. On the Order Confirmation page, click on Submit.
   
   
5. Select one payment method (PayPal, Card, etc.) and click on Pay to complete the payment.

Once payments have been received, CJ Dropshipping will begin to process your order. Then, your order will be moved to the Awaiting Shipment tab in Zopi. After tracking numbers are updated, we will automatically synchronize the tracking codes with your Shopify store.

* All the orders on CJ Dropshipping are required to be fulfilled via the API.

* When handling orders with multiple line items from various sources (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping), our priority is to place orders at AliExpress first before proceeding with CJ Dropshipping.
