How to Resolve Shipping Issues in Zopi
- Log in to Zopi and navigate to the Order Center page.
- Go to the New Orders tab.
- Locate the order with the error and click on the red diamond-shaped icon next to the order ID to quickly address the issue.
- In the Pop-up, click Change Source.
- In the Map Supplier card, click Change and enter a new supplier product link. Click Find Similar Suppliers below the supplier product field to choose your desired product from the results.
- Select the appropriate variant from the new supplier to match your store’s variants, then click Map.
- Click Map again to confirm your selection.
With the order issues resolved, you should now be able to place orders successfully.
