Once an order is created and paid for correctly in your store, it will appear on the Order Center page in Zopi. From there, you can start fulfilling it through Zopi. Follow these simple steps:- Log into Zopi > Order Center > Placement tab.
- Access the New orders tab.
- Click Fulfill order on the Order Card of the order you wish to place.
- In the Order Confirmation card, ensure the Fulfill by Zopi option is selected, review the order details, and click Confirm.
- In the pop-up, verify the order information and click Pay now to complete the payment.
- If you close the pop-up or fail to complete the payment, Zopi will move the order to the Payment Failed sub-tab under the Payment tab. You can then go to the Payment tab, find the order, and click Retry Payment on the right side of the order card to complete your payment.
