Step-by-step fulfill by Zopi

After an order is created and paid for correctly on your store, it will appear on the Order Center page in Zopi. From there, you can start fulfilling it through Zopi. The process is simple; just follow these steps in order.

Steps

1. Log into Zopi > Order Center > Placement tab.

2. Access Ready to order sub-tab.

3. Click Place on the Order Card of the order that you want to place.

4. In the Order Confirmation card, switch the Fulfill by Zopi option, review the order details and click Confirm.

5. Go to the Payment tab > Zopi fulfillment sub-tab.

6. Click Make payment on the right of the Order Card of the order you want to pay for.

7. In the Pop-up, check the order details and click Pay now to complete payment.If successful, your order will be moved to Awaiting Shipment sub-tab under the Shipment in Zopi. A tracking code will be generated within 2-3 days, it will automatically update and categorize orders into different sub-statuses under Shipment and sync the tracking code to your Shopify store. This enables you to track your orders in real-time without needing to switch back to the external tracking site.
