How to connect Zopi to your Facebook Shop

Before that, ensure you are logged into Facebook. If not, you will be required to enter your Facebook email and password during the connection process.

Steps

1. Login to Zopi > My Channel.

2. Locate the Facebook & Instagram option and click Connect.

3. In the Pop-up, click Connect account to be redirected to Facebook.

4. Click Continue as [Your Name] to proceed.

5. Facebook will prompt you to allow Zopi – Business to access your account.

6. Review the permissions requested, ensure you grant access to the necessary business pages, and finalize the connection.

7. After granting permissions, you will be redirected back to the Zopi authorization page.

8. Click the ration button next to the business portfolio you want to connect.

9. (Optional) Select a catalog to configure your channel for ready-to-sell products.Once authorized successfully, go to the Setting & Billing page > Channel to check your newly connected Facebook account.
Now, you can easily import and push products to your Facebook Shop and manage orders from Zopi.
