Enable Order Update Emails on Shopify

In the case that you have got the tracking numbers from suppliers, you might send fulfillment notification emails to customers. With this concern, you can simply complete the following steps:

How to Enable Order Update Emails on Shopify

Steps

  1. From your Shopify admin > Settings.

    2. Select Notification.

    3. Click Customer notifications.
    4. Click the name of the notification that you want to change.

  • Order confirmation.
  • Shipping confirmation.

  • Shipping update

    5. Click Edit code.

    6. Once done with settings, click Save.

All done. After orders are shipped out, Zopi will synchronize tracking numbers from your supplier to Shopify and trigger the emails sent to customers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you use a third-party app like Zopi and notice anything unusual, then there could be a conflict with custom code from a third-party app. Contact our Support team for assistance.
