If you have received tracking numbers from your suppliers, you can easily send fulfillment notification emails to your customers. Follow these steps to enable order update emails on Shopify:
How to Enable Order Update Emails on Shopify
- From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.
- Select Notifications.
- Click on Customer notifications.
- Click the name of the notification you want to change:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping confirmation
- Shipping update

- Click Edit code.
- Once you have completed the settings, click Save.

All done! After your orders are shipped, Zopi will synchronize tracking numbers from your supplier to Shopify and automatically trigger the emails to be sent to your customers.
