To ensure that merchants and their customers receive shipping status updates quickly and in real-time, we have introduced a new feature in the latest version of Zopi. This feature is especially beneficial for dropshippers. From now on, all order tracking codes will be automatically synced to Zopi and sent to your customers as soon as they are generated on AliExpress.
When you log in to the Zopi app, the first important step is to connect your AliExpress account:
- Click the AliExpress button to allow Zopi to use the access token from your AliExpress account. This enables seamless real-time data synchronization without needing to log in again.
- Once connected, the status of the button will change to green, indicating that your account is successfully linked. You can switch to a different AliExpress account by disconnecting and reconnecting a new one.
From this point forward, all tracking codes for your orders will be synced in real-time with your AliExpress account, ensuring your customers receive timely updates.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You cannot link more than one AliExpress account at the same time.
