When Should You Use Run Auto Find Suppliers?

Consider using this feature when:

• Your current supplier product is no longer available
• The supplier link becomes invalid
• Your product is currently unmapped
• You want to find a supplier with lower product costs
• You want to improve your profit margins
• You need a replacement supplier to fulfill pending orders

Situation 1: Find New Suppliers from Manage Products

If a product is not mapped to a supplier, Zopi cannot determine which supplier should fulfill future orders. In this situation, you can use Run Auto Find Suppliers to discover alternative supplier products without leaving Zopi.

Steps

1. Navigate to Zopi > Manage Products.
2. Open the product you want to remap.
3. Go to the Variants & Listings section.
4. Under the Variants section, click Add Supplier.
5. Select Run Auto Find Suppliers.

The system will automatically search for similar supplier products and display available matches.

1. Review the supplier suggestions and choose the most suitable supplier.
2. Under the Supplier Variant to Map section, click the Pencil icon.
3. Select the corresponding supplier variant for each of your store variants.
4. Save the mapping.

Tip

When comparing suppliers, don’t focus only on product price. Consider shipping costs, delivery times, and supplier reliability to maximize long-term profitability.

Situation 2: Find New Suppliers During Order Processing

If you’re placing an order and discover that the current supplier is unavailable or no longer suitable, you can quickly switch to another supplier without leaving the order workflow.

Steps

1. Navigate to Zopi > Place Orders.
2. Open the order you want to process.
3. Hover over the product line item on the right side of the order.
4. Click Remap.
5. Select Run Auto Find Suppliers.
   

The system will search for similar supplier products automatically.

1. Choose the supplier that best fits your requirements.
2. Click Select Variant.
3. Match each supplier variant with the correct store variant.
4. Save the mapping.

After the mapping is completed, you can continue processing the order using the newly selected supplier.

IMPORTANT NOTE

This mapping method allows you to change the current supplier for a specific order. To permanently change the product mapping for future orders, edit the mapping in the Product Center.
