You can then easily replace your current supplier with your preferred one. Follow the steps below to walk through the process.

Situation 1: In Product Center

You won’t be able to place orders containing an unmapped product to your suppliers. In such cases, Find Similar Suppliers can help you quickly locate new products without sourcing outside platforms like AliExpress.

Steps

1. Login to Zopi > Product Center > Listed products (Unmapped).
   
   
2. Hover on the Product Card and click Find similar suppliers action.
   
   
3. Choose your desired product in the result list and click Map product.
   
   
4. Edit the product mapping:
   
   Choose between Variant Group or Per Variant.
   
   Decide whether to keep or replace the current variants, content, and images of your product with the new supplier’s.
   
   
5. Once done mapping, click Update.

Situation 2: In Order Center

You need to map your products to allow Zopi to identify to which supplier you want to place orders. If your current supplier link has been invalid or you want to replace your current supplier with a cheaper or better one, use Find Similar Supplier to find all the results that are similar to their product and choose what’s best for them.

Steps

1. Login to Zopi > Order Center.
   
   
2. Access the To order / Failed tab.
   
   
3. Click on the selected order for which you want to modify the mapping.
   
   
4. In the order detail page, click the chain icon.
   
   
5. In the Map supplier card, click Find similar suppliers below the Supplier’s product field.
   
   
6. Choose your desired product in the result list and click Map product.
   
   
7. Select the corresponding new supplier’s variant to match the store’s variants, then click Map.
   
   
8. Click Map once more to confirm.
