New Order Center Interface
The revamped Order Center interface organizes order management into a user-friendly dashboard, enabling quick analysis of current orders and facilitating bulk actions for efficient order fulfillment. Initially, Zopi presents orders in visual data charts that display:- Orders available for Zopi: These include items that can be mapped to a Zopi source, maximizing your benefits. Click Zopi Fulfillment to bulk fulfill orders through Zopi's supplier.

- Mapped orders: Orders linked to their original sources (e.g., AliExpress, Temu). Click Source Fulfillment to fulfill all mapped orders at once.

- Unmapped orders: Orders not linked to any source. Click Zopi Fulfillment to automatically map these to Zopi's supplier, simplifying bulk fulfillment.

- New Orders: Orders for which payment has synced from your sales channel (Shopify, WooCommerce) and are awaiting placement with suppliers.
- Payment:
- Payment Failed: Orders placed with suppliers but not yet paid.
- Paid - Awaiting Fulfillment: Orders successfully paid and awaiting tracking numbers.
- Shipment: Orders will appear here once a tracking number is generated, allowing real-time tracking without switching to the supplier’s site.
- Awaiting Shipment: Orders with tracking numbers marked as Fulfilled & automatically synced to Shopify.
- In Transit: The package is on its way to its final destination.
- Pick Up: The package is available for pickup at the nearest courier facility.
- Delivered: The package has been successfully delivered.
- Expired: The package has been in transit for an extended period without delivery or tracking info.
- Failed: The carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful.
- Canceled: Orders canceled by the platform or source.
- Refund: Orders will appear here once a refund is requested through Zopi’s Supplier.

New Error Notifications for Troubleshooting
Order errors are indicated by icons next to the order ID, allowing for quick identification and resolution:
- A gray circular icon indicates a missing phone number, which may affect delivery. Click the icon to reveal a notification with an "Update Customer Info" button. Fill in the customer's phone number to proceed with processing the order.
- A red diamond-shaped icon signals an error with the order. Clicking the icon displays the error message and a blue link for alternative solutions or actions to resolve the issue.
