We have some great news to share with you about the significant upgrades we have applied to the Order Center. One of the major changes for this update is redesigning Zopi’s interface with the latest Polaris design. We have modified the interface to align with Shopify’s push to line orders model to save your time and hassle from scrolling down every order. Check out our new updates, aimed at making your order management experience even more seamless and efficient.
New Order Center Interface
Our new Order Center interface brings order details directly to your main dashboard, allowing you to check and place orders quickly. Here’s a breakdown of the key features:
- Order column: Displays the order ID, sales channel, and creation date. Clicking on the order ID lets you view the order log.
- Customer column: Provides all required information, including the phone number and fields marked with an asterisk.
- Order Value column: Displays the total value of the order.
- Item column: Lists the number of items in the order. Clicking on this reveals details of each item.
- Product Cost column: Displays the real-time price of the product on the supplier’s site.
- Shipping Cost column: Shows the total shipping cost for the order.
Order statuses have now been changed, and the Tracking Center has been included in the Shipment status. Find below the complete list of the new order statuses in Zopi:

| Placement | Orders are those for which the payment from your customers has synced from the sales channel (Shopify, WooCommerce) and is waiting to be placed with your suppliers. | Ready to Order | The order is ready to be placed immediately. |
| Needs Attention | These errors occurred with AliExpress during the ordering/checking process. You need to fix the error before proceeding. Once the error is resolved, the ‘Place’ action will be enabled without reloading the page. | ||
| Payment | Orders have been successfully placed to your suppliers but not yet paid. These orders successfully created from placement and source order ID is generated instantly when you place the order. | – | – |
Shipment |
Orders have been paid but have not yet been shipped out by your supplier. It features a minimalist tab that offers convenient real-time order tracking without switching back to the supplier’s site. | Awaiting Shipment | Orders with a tracking number will be marked as Fulfilled & automatically sync to Shopify. |
| In transit | The package has been accepted and is on its way to its final destination. | ||

Our revamped interface is cleaner and easier to use, making order fulfillment simpler than ever, with real-time tracking to keep you updated.
New Auto Error Checking
This new tool flags potential order issues in advance so you can resolve them earlier. Orders are automatically checked and moved to ‘Needs Attention’ tab for quick resolution. This ensures you can address problems promptly and keep processing orders without delays. If you prefer, you can turn off this feature in the Order settings.
