How to Set Up a Pick-Up and Return Warehouse
TikTok requires a warehouse or pickup address to finalize your store setup. Follow these steps to ensure your warehouse is correctly configured:
Steps to Set Up Your Warehouse
- Log into your TikTok Shop US account and navigate to the upper right corner of the home screen.
- Click on My Account and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the account settings, locate and click on Warehouse Settings.
- Click Add Warehouse next to the Pickup Warehouse section.
- Fill in all the required information.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- Scroll down to the Return Warehouse section and click Add Warehouse.
- Select the Same as the saved warehouse address option.
- Choose your current warehouse name from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.

How to Set Up Shipping for TikTok Shop US
Next, create and fill out a shipping template in your TikTok Shop account. This step is essential as you cannot add products without a shipping template.
Step 1: Create a Shipping Template
Choose between two setup options: free shipping or quantity-based shipping. Here’s a comparison to help you decide:

Steps to Set Up Free Shipping
- Select Orders in the side menu of your TikTok Seller Center.
- Select Shipping Templates.
- Click Create on the right side of the page.
- In the Create Template pop-up, click OK.
- Name the template, choose the warehouse you created in the “Ship from” section, and select the quantity-based rate model.
- Select the Standard Shipping checkbox and enter the Flat Rate shipping cost.
- Click Submit to save the template.

Steps to Set Up Quantity-Based Shipping
- Navigate to Orders > Fulfillment Settings > Shipping and Delivery.
- Click on the Create button on the right side of the page.
- In the Create Template pop-up, click OK.
- Name the template, choose the warehouse you created in the “Ship from” section, and select the quantity-based rate model.
- Select the Standard Shipping checkbox and click on Use Price Conditions.
- Enter shipping prices based on product quantity, calculating costs for each range.
- Add as many ranges as needed.
- Create a new delivery region.
- Repeat the previous steps to enter the same quantity-based rates.
- Click Submit to save the template.
Step 2: Select “Seller Shipping” in Your Settings
This step is crucial; otherwise, your TikTok orders won’t be imported. Follow these steps to enable Seller Shipping:
