Sometimes, you will have special requirements for the orders. Utilize the Zopi Note to Supplier feature to send a message to a specific supplier during order placement. Here’s how you can do it.
How to write a note to the suppliers
Steps
- Login to Zopi > Order Center > Order settings.
- Navigate to the Note to supplier and enter the message you want to leave for your supplier.
- Click Save.
TOP TIP: You can simply write a note there for your suppliers about your order, and describe it in detail to be correctly chosen.
Some templates for your reference:
- We are doing dropshipping! Please, don’t include any invoices or promo materials in the package.
- Products are fragile, please be careful
- Please wrap the product nicely and carefully.
- Product should be shipped during working hours only.
- Leave the products at the door mailbox.
- The product is oversized, please help the customer to leave it at the post office when it arrives.
- Product should be exactly as described.
- Remove the old information about your product and fill in the information about my products (e.g: price)
