Order Automation helps you automate the order workflow from syncing orders to fulfilling them automatically. With proper setup, you can reduce manual work and speed up order processing.
How to Access Order Automation
Follow these steps to open Order Automation settings:
Step 1: Open Zopi Dashboard
Step 2: Open Place Order
Step 3: Open Automation Settings
Click the Automation button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
A popup window will appear, allowing you to configure Order Automation settings.

Understanding Order Automation Workflow
Order Automation consists of 3 main phases:
Phase 1: Order Sync
Controls how orders are synced into Zopi.

Phase 2: Source & Remap
Controls how suppliers are selected and how supplier mapping issues are handled.
↓
Phase 3: Fulfill & Pay
Controls automatic order placement and payment.
↓
Error & Backup Options
Defines what happens when automation encounters problems.
Phase 1: Order Sync
Phase 1 controls how orders are imported from your store into the automation workflow.

Excluded Orders From Channel
This setting allows you to exclude specific sales channels from automation.
If set to Not used
→ All supported channels will be included.
Order Event to Sync
Controls when Zopi imports orders.
Options include:
- Order created
- Request fulfillment on Shopify
Phase 2: Source & Remap
This phase manages supplier selection and fixes supplier mapping problems automatically.

Auto-remap Error Items
When enabled:
- Zopi automatically attempts to fix supplier mapping errors
- Useful when suppliers become unavailable
- Helps reduce fulfillment interruptions
Allow Remap Unmapped Items
- Zopi attempts to remap products that were not originally pushed or managed by Zopi
Minimum Profit Margin To Keep
This protects profitability during remapping.
Example: 15% means:
- Zopi only remaps if estimated profit remains above 15%
- Prevents switching to suppliers with very low margins
Phase 3: Fulfill & Pay
This phase controls automatic order placement.

- AliExpress
- Zopi system
Link Account/ Linked Payment
- Linked account: Connect the Aliexpress account used for fulfillment.
- Linked payment: Choose the payment method used for auto payment
Error & Backup Options
These settings determine what happens when automation fails.

If Order Data Is Invalid / Item Cannot Be Remapped (Phase 2)
This handles mapping failures.
- Send Notification: via Email or Not use
- Mark Order as Starred on Zopi
If Auto-Fulfill Fails / Is Not Configured (Phase 3)
This handles fulfillment failures.
- Send Notification
- Set Shopify Order Tag
- Mark Order as Starred on Zopi
