Understanding Orders from Different Channels to Avoid Duplicate Orders

Zopi now integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, and TikTok Shop US. This integration simplifies the order management process, streamlining your order management process across different sales channels. Here’s how it works:

1. Direct Order Sync from TikTok Shop to Zopi

When your TikTok Shop is connected directly to Zopi, any orders placed on TikTok Shop US will automatically appear in Zopi.

These orders retain the same numbers as in Zopi’s Order Center, ensuring consistency and easy tracking.

2. Indirect Order Sync via Shopify

If your TikTok Shop is linked through Shopify, order synchronization involves an extra step. Orders first sync to Shopify and then to Zopi. This process might lead to duplicate orders in Zopi because orders can sync twice, once directly from the TikTok Shop and once via Shopify.

When duplicates occur, Zopi will create a new order ID for each synced order, maintaining the item details. These order IDs will be sequentially numbered, for example, #1001 becomes #1001-1 and #1001-2.

The Zopi and TikTok Shop US integration is designed to make order management as seamless as possible. Carefully managing your settings will avoid any overlap in the synchronization process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
