How to Cancel an Order on AliExpress
Steps

- Go to the AliExpress website and log in to your AliExpress account.
- Navigate to My Orders.

- Locate the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on Order Details and then select Cancel Order.

- On the Order Cancellation page, select a reason for cancellation and click Submit.

- In the pop-up, click Confirm.
If your cancellation request is approved, the supplier will not ship the order, and the transaction will be canceled automatically. You will receive an email notification regarding the order cancellation.
What to Do If a Customer Requests a Refund
When a customer asks for a refund, respond promptly and professionally. Acknowledge their concern and assure them that you will handle it efficiently.
Refund Process on AliExpress
- Log in to your AliExpress account.
- Go to My Orders and find the order you want to return.
- Click on Return/Refund next to the order details.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. You may need to provide additional information based on your selected reason.
- Submit the request and wait for AliExpress to review and approve it.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item and obtain your refund.
Refund Method
The refund will be processed based on your original payment method. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card. Generally, refunds are received within 3-20 business days.
