What is Product Analysis?
Product Analysis is a powerful tool designed to monitor and evaluate essential product metrics, including profitability, market trends, advertising performance, and competitor insights. This feature helps you make data-driven decisions for your eCommerce business.
How does Product Analysis work?
Once you install the Zopi Product Hunter app, it will automatically sync your store’s products, allowing for instant analysis. You can also manually add any product to your listing to explore its potential.
How to use Product Analysis?
Step-by-step to Use Product Analysis
Follow these steps to effectively utilize the Product Analysis feature:
- Log in to Zopi Product Hunter and select Product Analysis from the left menu.
- On the Product Analysis page, choose one of the following views:
- Store Product view (for products synced from your store)
- If your store’s products are synced, locate a specific product and click Analyze in the action area to initiate the analysis.
- Once the analysis is complete, click View Report to access detailed product metrics.
- Manual Added view (for products you add manually)
- If no products have been added yet, click Find Product and search for a product using its URL or an image.
- Select your desired product from the search results and click Analyze in the action area to begin the analysis.
- A notification bar at the bottom right will indicate that the product analysis is in progress. Click View List to return to the Manual Added view. Here, click View Report to access detailed metrics.
Overview of the Product Analysis Report
The Product Analysis evaluates a product’s potential by examining various key factors that influence its market success. This tool provides valuable insights without the need for multiple research tools, enabling you to make informed decisions.
After analyzing a product, you can access its detailed report. Here are some key factors to focus on:
The radar chart in the product overview visually represents the product’s performance across five key factors: Profit Margin, Market, Advertising, Trend, and Competition. Each factor is scored and plotted on the chart, providing a clear comparison of strengths and weaknesses.
On the right side, the Conclusion section offers a detailed summary with key insights and recommendations, highlighting the product’s viability and alignment with market demand before making further investments.
The View related suppliers option allows you to explore a list of suppliers offering similar products, making price comparisons easier. Click on a product name to be redirected to its AliExpress product detail page.
Below is a comprehensive product analysis, including:
- Profit Margin: Estimate the potential earnings a merchant can make from this product.
- Market: Analyze the product’s demand over the past 12 months.
- Advertising: Evaluate how effectively users engage with the product’s advertisements.
- Trend: Measure traffic and interest for keywords related to the product.
- Competition: Check how many competitors are selling the product in the market.
At the bottom of the page, the Last Viewed section helps you quickly return to previously checked products. Simply click on a product to reopen its report.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Not all metrics in the product analysis report will always have data available. For those metrics where data is unavailable, ‘N/A’ will be displayed instead.
