After receiving your tracking number from Temu, you can easily synchronize it with Zopi using the Sync order status feature.
How to Sync Your Temu Tracking Number with Zopi
- Visit the Temu website and log in to your account.
- Ensure that the country setting on your Temu account matches the shipping address of your order.
- For instance, if you are using the US Temu location, you can synchronize US orders with the tracking code. Orders from other locations will result in an error, prompting you to change the country setting.
- Log in to Zopi and navigate to the Order Center.
- Click on Sync order status located in the top right corner of the Order Center page.
Wait for the synchronization process to complete. Once finished, the tracking code will be updated, and your order will be organized into various sub-statuses under Shipment.
After syncing the tracking number from Temu to Zopi, it will automatically update in your Shopify store.
