In case Zopi cannot synchronize the tracking information to your store for some reasons, of if you fulfill your own orders individually in your Shopify admin, you can manually add a tracking number for your customers for both fulfilled and unfulfilled orders.
For a fulfilled order without a tracking number
Steps
1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.
2. Click an order item to enter the order details page.
3. In the order details page, click Add tracking to add the tracking information.
4. In the pop-up, fill in the Tracking number box, select the Shipping carrier accordingly,
* Make sure the checkbox next to Send notification email to customer is selected.
6. Click Save.
For an unfulfilled order
Steps
1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.
2. Click an order item to enter the order details page.
3. In the order details page, click Fulfill item to fill in the tracking information.
4. Fill in the Tracking number box, select the Shipping carrier accordingly, and click the checkbox next to Send notification email to customer.
5. Click Fulfill items.
Your Shopify order will be updated with the tracking number. Also, Shopify will send an email with the tracking information you just updated to your customer.
