Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a way to automate the shipping method, update your customer information and also send a note to your supplier that can save yourself some time and money?
Well, there is! Order settings is a powerful tool that can help you easily streamline the fulfillment process and boost your profit margin.
How to configure order processing settings
All you need to do is go to Zopi Dashboard > Order Center > Order settings.
There are two options for orders available: Zopi fulfillment and Source fulfillment. When accessing the Order settings page, you can set up an order on the highlighted section below:
Zopi Fulfillment settings
Set Default Phone Number
A phone number is always required when fulfilling an order. However, if the order doesn’t include one, you can set a default phone number that will be automatically applied to orders when submitting them to Zopi’s supplier.
Keep the ‘ration’ button set to the system default (which auto-matches with the shipment location). This way, if your order doesn’t include a phone number, the system will automatically fill it in.
On the other hand, select the ‘Input value manually’ option if you want to enter your own phone number. This setting ensures that manually entered numbers will be automatically added to any empty or incorrect phone number fields.
Map Orders with Better Sourcing Opportunities
This setting automatically maps orders to the Zopi source when a lower cost is found. You can check or uncheck the options based on your preferences.
AliExpress Order settings
AliExpress account connection
This option shows if your account is connected to AliExpress. You can also enable cashback to get money back for each order you place to AliExpress using our service.
Preference shipping method
You can set the default shipping method for products sent to a specific country. Zopi will automatically apply the shipping method that meets those requirements when you place orders with your suppliers. Choose the specific shipping method that you trust from the following options: Cainiao Super Economy for Special Goods, Cainiao Super Economy, Cainiao Super Economy Global, or AliExpress Selection Standard.
The priority for selecting the specific shipping method will be:
Main shipping method first
Backup shipping method second
For backup, there are two options:
Fastest method: Zopi will compare different shipping options and offer you the fastest one.
Cheapest method: Zopi will pick up the cheapest shipping price on the list.
Override order info
Sometimes, mismatched address fields in certain countries can lead to cancellations and order failures. When this setting is enabled, the system automatically corrects common order errors to ensure your orders are processed smoothly within the AliExpress system.
Tick the box to override error address fields (Province/City/Town). If the information is blank or incorrectly formatted when syncing from platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), the system will override it using your settings.
Tick the box to set the default message to your supplier, and edit the message in the provided field. This message will be automatically sent to your suppliers via Zopi with every order you place, notifying them that you are dropshipping.
is the ‘cashback’ method only available if I link my aliexpress account which means I have to upgrade my zopi plan? and how do I set the ‘ship to’ to all countries? and I’m still a little confused about the ‘Override order info’, will that message be shared with my customers that I’m dropshipping? thanks.
as I know, ‘cashback’ is only available on the Growth plan or higher when using the Zopi extension for order fulfillment. Ah in also, the ‘Override order info’ setting is actually to override error address fields, for example, when the province field in your customer’s address is missing or formatted incorrectly while syncing from Shopify. meanwhile, ‘Default Message to Supplier’ will be automatically sent to your suppliers via Zopi with every order you place, asking them not to reveal you’re dropshipping
hi, if you want to set your shopify store to ship to all countries, go to your Shopify admin > Settings > Markets. then, add a new market or edit an existing one to include all the countries you want to ship to
