Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a way to automate the shipping method, update your customer information and also send a note to your supplier that can save yourself some time and money?
Well, there is! Order settings is a powerful tool that can help you easily streamline the fulfillment process and boost your profit margin.
How to configure order processing settings
All you need to do is go to Zopi Dashboard > Order Center > Order settings.
From here, you can select AliExpress/Temu/CJ Dropshipping source to set up order-based on the highlighted section below:
I. Default Shipment
When the order is placed in AliExpress/Temu, that shipping method will be automatically chosen. There are 2 options for each section:
- Cheapest method: Zopi will pick up the cheapest shipping price on the list.
- Fastest method: some of these methods are faster than others, so we will compare different shipping options and offer you the fastest one.
- Specific method: this is the shipping method you want to apply to all of your orders.
You can choose the cheapest method or Specific method that you trust (Etc: AliExpress Standard Shipping, UPS, ePacket,…). The priority for choosing the Specific shipping method will be the Main shipping method first, and then the Backup shipping method.
If specific shipping methods are unavailable based on your setup, Zopi will optimize for the Cheapest Method.
II. Default Fulfill Information
1. Auto-fill customer information
Sometimes the buyers did not provide full order information, which may lead to order failure. However, you can avoid this by setting default customer information, which will be automatically applied to orders when placing them with your suppliers.
- Contact Name, Country, City, Province, Address, Postal Code, and Phone number are always required by AliExpress. However, if you don’t have your customer’s phone number, you can easily set your own default number by choosing the backup option Use customer info, then input the numbers into the box.
- Company data of Shopify will be mapped to RUT in Chile and CPF in Brazil.
- In case any of the fields (City, Province, Address, Apartment, Postal Code) is missing in the Country field, we will apply all the information you set.
2. Auto Add Checkout Note To AliExpress Suppliers
You can also set up the default message to all the suppliers when you place the order on AliExpress to notify them that you are doing dropshipping.
III. Bulk Order Settings
Bulk Order Fulfillment is available for Basic plan and above.
For this feature, you can set up to skip any order which meets the below conditions:
- Shipping cost is higher than the set up price
- Product cost is higher than the set up price

IV. Track orders setting
Tick the box to enable the automatic synchronization and tracking of orders that have tracking codes, moving them from the Order center to the Tracking center.
