If Zopi cannot synchronize tracking information to your store, or if you fulfill your own orders individually in your Shopify admin, you can manually add a tracking number for your customers for both fulfilled and unfulfilled orders.
How to Add Tracking for a Fulfilled Order Without a Tracking Number

- From your Shopify admin, navigate to Orders.
- Select an order item to access the order details page.
- On the order details page, click Add tracking to input the tracking information.
- In the pop-up window, enter the Tracking number and choose the Shipping carrier.
- Make sure to check the box next to Send notification email to customer.
- Click Save to finalize the changes.
How to Add Tracking for an Unfulfilled Order
Step-by-Step Instructions
- From your Shopify admin, navigate to Orders.
- Select an order item to access the order details page.
- On the order details page, click Fulfill item to enter the tracking information.
- Fill in the Tracking number, select the Shipping carrier, and check the box next to Send notification email to customer.
- Click Fulfill items to complete the process.
Your Shopify order will be updated with the tracking number, and Shopify will automatically send an email containing the tracking information to your customer.
