If a product is unmapped, it indicates that it is not connected to a supplier’s inventory in Zopi. Although the product may still appear in your Shopify store, you will be unable to fulfill orders for that product through Zopi until it is successfully mapped to a supplier.
How to Map an Alternative Supplier to an Unmapped Product
- Log in to Zopi > Product Center > Unmapped.
- Hover over the Product Card and click Map.
- In the Update Supplier card, add a new supplier product link.
- Edit the product info mapping:
- Choose to map as a Variant Group or Per Variant, and select the options that correspond with the original variants from the supplier’s drop-down menu.
- Decide whether to retain the current store content or replace it with the new supplier’s content.
- Select whether to keep the existing images of your product or swap them with the new supplier’s images.
- Click on Update.
While mapping, utilize the Find Similar Supplier feature for quick results based on product research.
Once completed, Zopi will assist you in re-pushing the new product to Shopify. You can switch to the Mapped section to verify this product.
