If you see a message Re-order or contact us for support due to system errors, the product is out of stock or no longer available on AliExpress. This guide will provide you with clear steps to resolve this issue and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Steps
1. Go to the Settings & Billing page to check if you’ve signed in to AliExpress and that it is linked to your Zopi account.
2. Click the product name in the order detail to open its AliExpress page. Set your desired destination as the “Ship to” option.
* If this product is out of stock or doesn’t exist:
3. Return to the Order Center page and click the chain icon in the Order Card.
4. Click Change in the Supplier’s product field in the Map supplier card.
5. Add a new supplier product link or click Find similar suppliers below the supplier product field to select your desired product from the result list.
6. Select the corresponding new supplier’s variant to match the store’s variants, then click Map.
7. Click Map once more to confirm.
8. Once done, re-order this order.
Now that the order issues are resolved, you should be able to place orders smoothly.
