When you connect TikTok Shop as a sales channel in Zopi, TikTok provides a default list of supported carriers. Whenever an order is placed in Zopi with a tracking code, the system will automatically detect the carrier.
- If the carrier is already listed in TikTok Shop: The order syncs normally.
- If the carrier is not available in TikTok Shop’s carrier list: The order will fail with an error.
TikTok Shop can only recognize and process tracking codes from carriers that are on its approved list. If your supplier uses a new or less common carrier that is not yet on the list, TikTok cannot track the shipment unless the carrier is added.
If you encounter an error due to an unsupported carrier, follow these steps to resolve it:
- Identify the Carrier: When the order fails, Zopi will show you which carrier is missing.
- Contact TikTok Seller Support:
- Open a ticket in TikTok Seller Center → Support.
- Provide the carrier name and website/tracking URL.
- Request TikTok to add the carrier to your store’s carrier list.
- Wait for TikTok to Confirm: Once TikTok approves the carrier, you can use it for all future orders.
- At Initial Store Setup: You can request TikTok to add extra carriers right after connecting your store to Zopi.
- After Orders Are Placed: If an order fails due to an unsupported carrier, you can still request TikTok to add the carrier so future orders go through normally.
