Occasionally, you may encounter a scenario in Zopi where the product mapping data is lost, resulting in the error message Item is not available and a failed order attempt. Follow the instructions below to solve this order issue.
Steps
1. Login to Zopi and go to the Order center page.
2. Access the New orders tab.
3. Find the order with an error and click on the red diamond-shaped icon next to the order ID to resolve the issue quickly.
4. In the Pop-up, click Change source.
5. In the Map supplier card, add a new supplier product link in the Supplier’s product field.
6. Select the corresponding new supplier’s variant to match the store’s variants, then click Map.
7. Click Map once more to confirm.
TIP: If you lost the supplier product link, you can make use of the Find Similar Supplier feature, which provides quick results based on product research.
Once the mapping is complete, the Fulfill order button will be enabled, indicating that you can proceed with fulfilling your order. You can now continue the fulfillment process as usual.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This mapping method applies exclusively to individual orders. To ensure seamless fulfillment of future orders, it’s essential to edit the maping for your products.
