Steps to Place an Order on Amazon

Placing orders on Amazon is straightforward and can significantly enhance your dropshipping experience with Zopi. Whether you’re using a desktop or mobile device, this comprehensive guide will help you navigate the ordering process seamlessly. You can efficiently select products and manage your orders with just a few simple steps.

 

Before you begin, make sure you have the Zopi extension installed on your browser. If you haven’t installed it yet, click here.

Once you have the extension ready, follow these steps to place an order:

  1. Log into Your Amazon Account
    • Open your browser and visit Amazon.
    • Enter your login credentials to access your account.
  2. Navigate to the Zopi Order Center
    •  Go to Zopi and navigate to the Order Center.
    • Find the order you want to fulfill.
  3. Review Order Confirmation Details
    • In the Order Confirmation card, ensure that the “Fulfill by AMZ” source is selected.
    • Choose the option “Keep fulfilling with current suppliers.”
  4. Automatically Fill Customer Information
    • The Zopi extension will automatically populate the customer information for you.
    • Review the information to ensure it is correct.
  5. Complete the Checkout Process
    • Click on the “Confirm” button to finalize the order.
    • Follow any additional prompts to complete the checkout on Amazon.

How to change Item quantities in your cart?

Adjusting item quantities in your cart is simple. Follow these steps:

- For New Items: After clicking "Add to Cart," enter your desired quantity in the "Quantity" dropdown menu on the right side of the page.

- For Existing Items: Go to your Cart, click the quantity dropdown next to the item title, and select your desired quantity. The order amount will update automatically. If the quantity is unavailable, an error message will appear.

How to place gift orders?

To gift-wrap an item from your shopping cart (only for Amazon-fulfilled items), check the "This will be a gift" box next to the item or select the gift option during checkout. Gift wrapping is available for just $0.35.

Why am I unable to place orders?

You may encounter issues placing orders due to one of the following reasons:
- Payment decline.
- Selected item is out of stock.
- Technical or internet connectivity issues.
- Delivery location is undeliverable.
- Quantity limits have been exceeded.
- Issues with combining FBA and seller-fulfilled items.

How to change payment method?

To add or update your payment methods, navigate to the payments options section in Your Account => Select Payment options section to arrive at Your Amazon Wallet. Do one of the following:
- To add a payment method, select Add a Card.
- To edit a payment method, select the card for which you want to edit the payment method, and select Edit.
- To remove a payment method, select the card for which you want to remove the payment method, and select Remove.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

How to cancel order?

To cancel items or orders, visit the "Your Orders" section in Your Account:
- For Unshipped Orders: Go to Your Orders, select the item, and click "Cancel items." Provide reasons for cancellation (optional) and click "Cancel Checked Items."
- For Shipped Orders: Go to Your Orders, select "Request cancellation," and follow the prompts. The item(s) will be returned for a refund if payment has been made. If contacted for delivery, refuse to accept it.
