Why can’t I find some orders in Order Center?

There are 2 reasons make Shopify orders do not show up in the Order Center:

Payment Status

Zopi only shows orders that are marked as PAID + UNFULFILLED in Shopify. Mark the order as paid & unfulfilled, and then check if it appeared in Placement section in Order Center.

No longer included in Zopi’s Mapped Products

Check if the products that have orders still exist in your Mapped of Product Center.
If it’s still in the Mapped of Product Center, there is highly a problem with syncing orders. You can use any contact method below to get in touch with our Support team to ask for help!
