If you see the message Re-order or contact us for support due to system errors, it means that the product is either out of stock or no longer available on AliExpress. This guide outlines straightforward steps to help you address this issue and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Steps to Resolve AliExpress Order Issues
- Navigate to the Settings & Billing page to verify that you are signed in to AliExpress and that your account is linked to Zopi.
- Click on the product name in the order details to access its AliExpress page. Set your preferred destination in the “Ship to” option.
- If the product is out of stock, follow these steps:
- Return to the Order Center page and select New orders.
- Find the order with the error, then click the chain icon below the Order items column on the Order Card to change the supplier.
- Click Change in the Supplier’s product field in the Map supplier card.
- Add a new supplier product link or click Find similar suppliers below the supplier product field to choose your desired product from the results.
- Select the corresponding new supplier’s variant to match your store’s variants, then click Map.
- Click Map again to confirm your selection.
- Once completed, re-order this order.
Now that the order issues are resolved, you should be able to place orders smoothly.
