How It Works
Once a sales channel is connected to your Shopify store through its official app, Zopi can detect and push products to that channel from both Find Product and Product Center—all in just a few clicks.Steps to Add a New Sales Channel
1. Connect the Channel
- In Zopi, go to My Channel and click Connect next to the platform you want to sell on (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, X, etc.)
- You will be redirected to that channel’s Shopify App Store listing
- Install the app on your Shopify store
2. Log In via Shopify Admin
- After installation, go to the Shopify Admin Panel
- Open the newly installed app (e.g., TikTok, Facebook & Instagram)
- Log in or authorize your account for the channel
3. Push Products via Zopi
- Now, return to Zopi
- Go to Find Product or Product Center
- Select the product(s) you want to sell and click Push to Channel
- Choose your newly connected sales channel(s) and complete the push process
If the channel app is already installed and active in Shopify, it will automatically appear in Zopi for pushing.
