Why can’t I complete auto fulfill orders?

For making it clear, when you are doing auto fulfill your order, there’s some information of your order was missed and not completed, such as: city, country, phone number… so it will stop you and your order won’t be able to be completed. Check below to learn how to fix it.

Steps

  1. From your Zopi dashboardOrder Center > To Orders tab.

  2. Hover over the selected order and click on the customer name.

        * In the Pop-up, you can see the fulfillment details:

    3. Refill the correct information and click Save to go on finishing fulfillment.
