Users can fund their Zopi Wallet through supported payment methods. Top-ups may qualify for bonus credits based on the following amounts:

- Bonus credits are calculated automatically and added to your wallet at the time of top-up.
- These credits are restricted to order payments only and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used for other services.
Users fulfilling orders through Zopi Suppliers may receive a fulfillment cashback bonus based on their current subscription plan:

- Cashback bonuses are applied only to orders fulfilled via Zopi Suppliers.
- Cashback bonuses are held for 30 days after the order is marked as Delivered to accommodate for buyer satisfaction and potential disputes.
- Downgrading your subscription during this period will freeze any pending bonuses and prevent them from being released to your wallet.
- Fulfillment bonuses are also limited to order payments and are non-withdrawable.
Withdrawals from the Zopi Wallet are permitted for available non-bonus balances only.
- A 5% processing fee applies to all withdrawals.
- Withdrawals are only permitted for available non-bonus balances.

- Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed outside the Zopi platform, and are non-transferable.
- Zopi reserves the right to adjust or revoke bonuses in cases of misuse or violation of the platform’s Terms of Service.
- Zopi may change the bonus structure, processing fees, or bonus eligibility criteria at any time with or without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
