Order Failure Reasons and Solutions

Zopi consistently strives to simplify the order fulfillment process. However, things do not always turn out how they should be. It is important to know some of the most common errors happening when you place orders on Zopi. Here’s a compiled list of the errors that you may encounter and how to resolve them.

Error Messages Reasons Solutions Operations
Missing customer info Some or all of the required customer information, including phone numbers and fields marked with an asterisk (*), is incorrect or missing due to AliExpress regulations.


1. Locate and click on the order you want to edit;

2. In order details, select Edit Customer Info;

3. Update the correct phone number or fields marked with an asterisk (*) according to requirements for specific countries;

4. Save changes and re-order.

Map product to a supplier link The product mapping data is lost; either the supplier’s URL link is not available or the variants are missing. 1. Go to the Product Center page and select Listed products (Mapped);

2. Hover over the product with the failed order to check if the product is missing a supplier link or any variants due to AliExpress updates:

  • If variants have changed, remap product variants due to AliExpress product updates;
  • If there is no AliExpress link, find and remap a new supplier product link along with its corresponding variants;

3. Go back to Order Center and re-order.

SKU unsaleable

The product is out of stock. 1. Click the product name in the order detail to open its AliExpress page, where you can check the product’s stock availability;

2. If in stock:

  • Copy the URL from the address bar;
  • Go back where you left off Zopi, click the chain icon on the order detail, and paste the URL into the Supplier’s product field;

3. If out of stock:

  • Find a new supplier product link;
  • Go back where you left off Zopi, click the chain icon on, and add the new supplier product link in the Supplier’s product field;

4. Go back to Order Center and re-order.

The supplier changed the product SKUs or SKU information.
Order Line Item Not Mapped Some variants are missing because of changes made by the supplier. 1. Go to the Product Center page and select Listed products (Mapped);

2. Locate the product with the issue “Some variants are changed by supplier” and remap product variants due to AliExpress product updates;

3. Go back to the Order Center page and re-order.

Inventory is insufficient or system error occurred The product variants are out of stock. 1. Click on the product name in the order details and ensure it redirects you to the corresponding AliExpress product page. Next, select the relevant variant to check if it’s still in stock;

2. If the selected product variant is out of stock, find and add a new supplier product link along with its corresponding variants;

3. Go back to Order Center and re-order this order.

PRODUCT_NOT_EXIST The product is unavailable on AliExpress. 1. Click the chain icon on the order detail;

2. Add a new supplier product link in the Supplier’s Product field and remap the corresponding variants;

3. Re-order this order.

Place order error due to the system. Please try again later The product is out of stock or no longer available on AliExpress. 1. Go to the Settings & Billing page to check if you’ve signed in to AliExpress and that it is linked to your Zopi account;

2. Click the product name in the order detail to open its AliExpress page. Set your desired destination as the “Ship to” option;

3. If out of stock:

  • Find a new supplier product link;
  • Go back to Order Center, click the chain icon on the order detail, and add the new supplier product link in the Supplier’s product field;

4. Re-order this order.

Delivery method is not exist. Please a valid method The product can’t be shipped to your customer’s location or the supplier’s warehouse is different from the one you selected. 1. Click the product name in the order detail to open its AliExpress page. Set the “Ship to” destination to check if the supplier ships to your customer’s country.

2. Copy the URL from the address bar, return to Order Center, and paste it into the Supplier’s product field. If the supplier has multiple warehouses, reselect the warehouse during mapping;

3. Once done, re-order this order.

B_DROPSHIPPER_DELIVERY_ADDRESS_CPF_NOT_MATCH Incorrect CPF/CEP Number. 1. Check if the CPF/CEP Number your customer provided to meet the order requirements for due to AliExpress regulations;

2. Input the correct number in the Company field and then re-order this order.

AE-CHECKOUT-CHOICE-ITEM-BLOCK-DUE-TO-TAX Some changes to price or tax at checkout. 1. Click on the product name on the order details on the Order Card to redirect to AliExpress and check if the product is under AliExpress purchase restrictions (max. 1pcs/shopper);

2. Select your desired destination as the “Ship to” option to check if it can be shipped to your address;

  • If the product has no AliExpress purchase restrictions and it can be shipped, reorder after an hour.
  • If not, the fastest way is to change the supplier product link with a new one. Go back where you left off Zopi, then click the chain icon on the order detail. Enter the corresponding product URL in the Supplier’s product field. Once done, re-order this order.

Order Fail due to Skip/Stop progress During order process, close the tab open or click skip/stop order while placing an order via extension. 1. Open the AliExpress/Temu website and log in to your account. Go to the ‘Order’ section to check if the order has been created in AliExpress/Temu.

2. If not, return to Order Center and re-order this order.

Buyer on blacklist Creating numerous orders without completing payment on AliExpress can result in being blacklisted. 1. Open the AliExpress website and create a new AliExpress account;

2. Go to the Settings & Billing page, disconnect your current AliExpress account and connect the new one to Zopi.

2. Return to Order Center and place the order again.

Suspicious buyer error AliExpress suspects fraudulent activity on this account. 1. Go to the Settings & Billing page and disconnect your current AliExpress account from Zopi;

2. Log into a new AliExpress account and link it to Zopi;

3. Return to Order Center and place the order again.

Invalid API key or access token The API key connected to your CJ Dropshipping account has expired. 1. Go to the Settings & Billing page and disconnect the CJ Dropshipping account from Zopi;

2. Connect your CJ Dropshipping account to Zopi again to generate a new API key;

3. Return to Order Center and place the order again.
